Delivery Information
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders over £100, and also on a number of small items. Most other orders will have a delivery charge of £4.95. For heavy/large items or orders below £75 there will normally be a delivery charge of £8.95. Delivery charges can be viewed at the checkout before any payment is taken. Goods will be despatched within 1 working day from placing your order. For overseas orders please contact us for a price - this charge will be at cost.
Damaged Goods.
All of our products go through a thorough quality control check before they are packaged and shipped to you. However in the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours or as soon as the fault is discovered and we will be happy to replace or issue a full refund upon return of the faulty goods.
Other Returns
Other returns will be accepted providing they are returned immediately and in their origional state, a refund will be issued for the price of goods less a 20% handling charge.
